This gorgeous 7.5 acres is located in Ouray, Colorado...the most beautiful area in the Colorado Rockies. Surrounded by 14,000 peaks, this small town is a summertime mecca for thousands of nature lovers. It's located adjacent to the Uncompahgre River, and on the other side is Highway 550 (the famous Million Dollar Highway). It's priced according to the cost of land here, and a developer will find it perfect for building homes or condos.
