Holiday Park Mobile Home Community is a gated 24-hour security 55+ park located in North Port, Fl which is 14 miles south of Venice, FL which has beach access. Has many recreational activities and amenities with new Lowes and Super Walmart directly across the street. This is a maintenance free, LAND OWNED park. You only pay yearly park fees and property tax to the park association. Home is a 1972 single wide (12x60) with over-roof, one car driveway on a very nice corner lot. Has screened Lanai (11x27), Florida room (11x20), two bedrooms, one bath, washer inside and clothesline outside. Park also has a large laundry facility. Home has been well maintained and kept very clean. Also important is that it is in the NO PETS section of the park and this is strictly enforced.
