This 1976 Kirkwood Redmond Mobile in Cottonwood Estates is one of the cleanest and well cared for mobiles I have ever had the privelidge of putting on Craigs list. Just read all we have done to it! 12'x65' 2 bed 1 bath w/ tub and shower. Excellent working washer and dryer. New small wall fan to eliminate steam. Freshly painted inside of mobile with new tile in the bathroom. New toilet. Wood framing around windows replaced. Completely cleaned out all heater ducts and rebuilt furnace for central heat. Refinished all doors in mobile. All carpets freshly shampooed by professinals. Planted all new grass front and back. I will leave the mobile furnished with stereo unit in bedroom (see pictures)and dresser with mirror , two matching night stands with drawers. Twin bed is only 3 years old and comes with the headboard. Replaced all electrical outlets and and switches throughout the mobile. Two new air conditioning units . One in front and one in Master bedroom with warranties still good. Both of the air units are of the highest energy standards and have remote controls. My Elec. bill last month was only $23.00 New porch lights front and back, three phones, 60 inch projection Mitsubichi T.V. with stand. 13" speaker surround sound. 2 year old kitchen stove, large microwave, wood and glass kitchen table w/ 4 chairs, couch, electric massage chair.
