What makes Resourcemax Property Management unique in its approach to the management needs of your association is its qualified staff of support services. The manager coordinates the accounting, administration, closings, collections, and leasing requirements for each association on a regular basis and provides the Board of Directors with written Manager Reports monthly. This teamwork allows the Community Manager to then concentrate on telephone calls, current and future maintenance requirements, community inspections, assist with covenant enforcement and improvements to the community.
