We work directly with most lenders, banks and private investors to acquire and sell homes. Inventory lists of available homes are provided to us daily. If we don’t have a specific home on our dealership lot, we can locate the perfect home for you! Financing is available. Purchases can be made on a “cash offer” basis or can be financed directly through a lender. Land / Home finance packages are also available. Our mobile home inventory is constantly changing. Homes can be purchased either before or after repairs and remodeling. This gives our buyers a tremendous range of possibilities and price ranges to choose from. We are a full service operation and can do as much or as little as desired by the buyer. We only acquire homes that are repairable and capable of being purchased for intended use as a residential dwelling. Savings compared to a new home purchase is typically 30-55 percent.
