Pine Tree Mobile Home Park is located near the western Pennsylvania town of Indiana about 50 miles east of Pittsburgh. Indiana is the birthplace of Jimmy Stewart and is very much like the town in the movie, It’s a Wonderful Life, in which he starred. The park is situated outside of town off state route 422 west between Indiana and the small town of Shelocta. All lots have city water and sewage with the newer sections of the park having all underground utilities and plenty of room to accommodate doublewide homes. Pine Tree Mobile Home Park is a quiet family and retirement community located in a peaceful country setting.
